1:1 MINDFULNESS SESSIONS
Mica is a licensed mindfulness facilitator offering bespoke 1:1 mindfulness coaching for support with stress, anxiety, low mood and chronic pain. She also creates bespoke mindfulness resources for organisations seeking to support staff wellbeing.
Mica combines mindfulness with her experience of working in mental health settings in various pscyhology roles and her personal experience of depression and psychosis to offer and mental health and wellbeing workshops.
Workshops incorporate psycho-education, discussion, reflection, creativity, individual and collective wellbeing and mindfulness practises. Workshops are suitable for schools, organisations and community settings.
Mica's writing explores mental health, identity, relationships and intersectional issues. She writes short stories, poetry, essays and has written articles for BlackBallad and has had her work featured on SKYNEWS. She also writes narrative content for promotional, artistic and activist purposes.
