School mindfulness workshops aim to:

  • Introduce young people to mindfulness

  • Introduce the benefits of mindfulness

  • Provide young people with the tools to self-regulate their emotions

  • Help young people to develop in self-awareness and understanding of their thoughts and emotions

  • Help young people to understand the relationship between the mind and the body.

School workshops are designed to meet PSHE requirements for mental wellbeing education and are suitable for both Primary and Secondary schools.
