PREPARING TO FEEL WORKSHOP
Workshop designed to create space for attendees to creatively explore their relationship to different feelings (etc joy, anger, grief, anxiousness) and how they can move through these feelings individually towards growth with ease. The workshop features a creative exercise, mindfulness breathing and spaces for group discussion.
This workshop was previously offered as part of the Leadership program with the Black Womens Project at Warwick University.
MAINTAINING WELLBEING DURING STRESSFUL TIMES WORKSHOP
Online workshop delivered in conjunction with the BlackCodeHer Academy exploring how we can maintain our wellbeing during busy periods through creativity and mindfulness practises.
STRESS AND MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP
A day workshop developed for the Caribbean Union exploring individual relationships to stress. In the workshop we explored personal and societal triggers of stress (racism and systemic discrimination) and how mindfulness can be used to mediate our stress responses. We discussed the neuroscience of mindfulness and what that teaches us about how we can remain mindful in our daily lives.
CONNECTION AND WELLBEING WORKSHOP
A day workshop developed for the Black Womens Project exploring the importance of maintaining our connection to our bodies, minds and community as we 'glow up'
ANGER TO ACTION (A WORKSHOP FOR BLACK WOMXN)
A workshop specifically for womxn of colour exploring our unique experiences of anger, what anger is in the body, and how we can utilise it's power to fuel our passions and bring change to our world.
