1:1 Mindfulness sessions

Making space for you to explore mindfulness techniques in support of your wellbeing. Please note these sessions are offered online via zoom may not be appropriate for you if you have epilepsy.

I really enjoyed the sessions and felt like I learnt something new. It felt like a release to have a space to share things and be vulnerable. After the 1:1 sessions, I've become a kind of mindfulness evangelist!

4 week mindfulness program

This option can help you to

  • Develop self-awareness

  • Become aware of your thoughts and feelings

  • Develop a practise of self-care

  • Learn how to check in with your mind and body

  • Explore a range of mindfulness tools to help you manage stress, anxiety or low mood

  • Practise self-compassion

  • Reduce stress and improve resilience

  • Relate to your emotions in a healthy way

  • Train and focus your awareness

Individual mindfulness sessions

This option can help you to

  • Explore a specific issue or condition

  • Create space in your life around physical or circumstantial difficulties

  • Top up after a 4 week course
